President's Message

2016 President's Message

As President, my understanding of the term “Time Flies” has never been clearer!

We are in the process of reaching our maximum membership of twenty five this year. (Did you Know that Premier Brad Wall is one of our own?)

Our Spring Potluck Supper was well attended by members and their Families, which made us realize that it is time to implement our Kid`s Christmas Party once again after seeing all the young families in attendance.

The shop has been busy all winter with a variety of restoration to race car projects. With the warm spring weather members have logged an approximate 10,000 miles attending various events this year. Spring has also lead to a shop and compound clean up along with planned upgrades to the patio prior to the run this year!

Our fundraising raffle this year is a 16` open tandem axle car hauler with tickets now available. Draw to be made August 20, 2016.

Going forward, the final details for our 36th Annual Riverside Fun Run are being put in place and as always the emphasis is on Fun!

With this in mind, we would invite you to attend our 36th Annual Riverside Fun Run on August 19,20,& 21st , 2016. As always this is a great way to show off your ride new or old in a park setting with like-minded enthusiasts enjoying what should be a fun filled weekend.

Your Support is Appreciated!

Ron Schultz
